Sucroliq

Sucroliq is a sucrose syrup obtained from the mixture of sugar and water, with different degree of refining.

The use of Sucroliq provides several advantages: homogeneous product, food safety, reduction in the storage space, elimination of product losses and optimization in operation processes.

Each one of the quality parameters can be adjusted according to the required specification of each client. The most popular versions are: 

Invert Sugar Syrup has several benefits:

  • Increase in relative sweetness by 10-20%, depending on its application.
  • Less sugar required/ less calories/ lower cost.
  • It doesn’t crystallize, so it can be handle at higher concentrations, increasing its shelf life.
